charmed Stay by the sea
clean environment seafront location good drink selection roomy bedroom
the hotel offered a clean and tidy environment. The seafront location was close TO the beach, a short walk to a variety of restaurants. i found the bar had a good selection of drinks and a light lunch menu. My standard double room in the adjacent wing was nice and roomy.
pillows in the room were not comfortable. i ended up using sofa cushions.

check-in was swift, and i was given a room in the adjacent wing. staff at the desk were very helpful when i needed assistance. i found the customer service to be great .

the room included adequate space and good arrangement. i noticed it contained a coffee and tea maker for the guests, a good addition. beds was comfortable, offering a good night rest .

this hotel has great seafront LOCATION and is near the beach. there are a variety of restaurants close by, within a five-minute walk. town was also nearer than i had expected.

okay stay, some Issues noticed
good location heated pool friendly staff full carpark expensive drinks high cost
location is good close to the beach. a HEATED pool was available . staff were friendly .
the carpark was full upon arrival. i found the price of drinks at the bar excessive. a large wine and cider cost nearly £20.

the staff were always available and ready to assist. i found the food prices reasonable for a hotel. the room was very clean upon arrival so i settled in quickly
the cliff lift was not working, requiring a walk across the car park to avoid stairs at night

the location is superb for beach access and scenic walks. there are beautiful views of the coastline right from the hotel. i walked to the town center in about 15 minutes so it was easy to explore local shops and restaurants

my room had a king size bed that was comfortable. i appreciated the tea and coffee making facilities. the bathroom was modern with a rainfall shower and a selection of toiletries that were refreshed daily
